Damage & Issue For Received Packages (Defective: Not Caused By Shipping or Customer)
Must show proof of damaged item within 2 days of receiving the package (Photos/videos need to be sent to email shopsoftnluscious@gmail.com immediately after receiving package). Please do not delay sending proof.
*A partial refund of 80% or a lower percentage depending on the damage to an item will be given if the item is damaged by default and not caused by human intervention. Customers can keep item/items purchased.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of purchase. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Approximately 5-10 Business Days!
Suppose your order is canceled on a weekend or holiday. The time of cancellation will be timestamped and your refund will be given as soon as possible.
**A $2.00 processing will be taken from the purchased amount for any cancellation after 30 minutes.
